About us
The Belarusian state association for livestock breeding "Belplemzhivobedinenie" was created with the aim of managing and coordinating the activities of state agricultural pedigree enterprises related to republican property.
The Belplemzhivobedineniya includes: 6 regional breeding enterprises, 1 republican elevator for rearing bulls, a laboratory for determining the quality of milk.
The main task of the Belplemzhivobedineniya is to maintain a system of breeding and breeding in the livestock sector of the republic, the creation of highly productive breeding herds in agricultural organizations of the republic, breeding factories and breeding hybrid centers in order to further improve the breed and productive qualities of farm animals.
Each year, the republic’s pedigree enterprises sell more than 6 million doses of semen from bulls and 800 thousand doses of semen from boars of different breeds.
The breeding enterprises of the republic are regional structures responsible for the implementation of republican breeding programs in the regions.
The main tasks of the republic’s breeding enterprises are the production, accumulation of deep-frozen semen from high-class bulls and its sale to agricultural enterprises of all forms of ownership.
Six breeding enterprises contain more than 1000 bulls, including 30 bulls of meat breeds. The average productivity of bull mothers is more than 12,000 kg of milk with a fat content of 4.03%, protein 3.21.
A sperm bank of producers of various breeds has been created at the breeding enterprises of the republic.
The sperm stock of estimated bulls is more than 13.0 million doses, including with an index of more than 110 units - 20.4%, bulls of meat breeds - 1000.0 thousand doses.

- for the sale of breeding animals (heifers of heifers, repair bulls, manufacturing bulls and their semen, repair boars, sperm of manufacturing boars, young pigs, sheep, horses);
- on the issue of pedigree certificates when selling pedigree products (heifers of heifers, repair bulls, manufacturing bulls and their sperm, repair boars, sperm of manufacturing boars, young pigs, sheep, horses) for export;
- provides consulting services on breeding and breeding, management of reproduction, feeding and keeping of farm animals.
